Our billing department is here to help you through your billing and payment process. We participate with most insurance companies. It is your responsibility to confirm whether or not we participate with your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company or our billing department to be certain that we participate with your insurance.
Co-pay: This is the amount that your insurance company requires you to pay at each visit.
Deductible: This is an amount you may owe in addition to your co-pay once your insurance company has processed your claim.
Co-Insurance: This is the amount that you may owe after your deductible has been met and is in addition to any co-pay or deductible that may be owed.
Non-covered services: If your insurance company considers a service to be non-covered, you will owe for that service in full even if we participate with them.
We do our best to assist you in determining what your costs will be when visiting our office. When we contact your insurance company, we will relay to you the information that the insurance company provides to us. There are circumstances in which the information provided to us differs from what the insurance company actually ends up paying. We do not guarantee the information the insurance company provides to us as the amount you will owe. If you are concerned about exactly what you will owe, you will want to contact your insurance company yourself.
If you need to pay your bill we have several ways to do this. You can click on the patient portal at the top right corner of this web page, log into your account and pay your bill. Finally, you can contact our billing office and we can process your credit card payment for you. We also accept cash and checks if you prefer these methods of payment.
