If your provider has decided that a telehealth visit is right for you and you have agreed to participate in a telehealth visit, our provider will contact you at your appointment time. Please be prepared for the call 5 minutes in advance of the appointment time. Keep in mind that your provider is seeing other patients in the office and may join the appointment a little late when unexpected delays occur. When your provider contacts you, you will receive a text message with a unique link to your video visit.
Telehealth visits with your provider are billable visits. If you have questions about whether your insurance will cover the cost, please contact your insurance company.
